How we process personal data on this website and within Fresh.Fleet — under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Austrian Data Protection Act.

2. What data we process
Depending on how you get in touch with us, we process different categories of data.
3. Demo enquiry & contact
If you contact us using the "Request a live demo" form or the App Finder, we store the data you provide (name, email address, company, phone number, preferred date and message) in our database in order to handle your enquiry and get in touch with you.
Transmission takes place solely on the basis of your explicit consent, given by ticking the box when you submit the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). The form cannot be submitted without this consent.

5. Retention periods
We store personal data only for as long as it is required for the respective purpose. Enquiries submitted through the forms are deleted once they have been dealt with conclusively and no statutory retention obligations apply, and in any case after 24 months at the latest. Contract-related records are kept for seven years in accordance with § 132 of the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code. Server log files are deleted after 30 days.
6. Recipients & processors
Your data is not sold and is not passed to third parties for advertising purposes. Access is limited to those employees who need it in order to handle your enquiry, and to carefully selected service providers with whom we have concluded data processing agreements under Art. 28 GDPR — in particular our hosting and email providers.
Data processing takes place within the European Union. No transfer to third countries takes place.
8. Your rights
An informal message to office@dotspot.at. is sufficient to exercise these rights. If you believe that the processing of your data infringes data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority: dsb.gv.at, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna.
9. Data security
We take technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. This website transmits data encrypted via TLS. Our measures are continuously adapted to the state of the art.
